He Gave Up His Dog Because She Loved Him

Would anyone save this sweet dog and return the love she wanted to give?

Jubilee is a happy, playful, loyal and loving dog who just wants to be close to the people she loves.

But the man in Montgomery County, Texas who owned her gave her away to a shelter because he just couldn’t put up with her wanting to be with him all the time!

To make things even worse, it didn’t even matter to him that the shelter was already at maximum capacity and it was very likely that she would be put down.

He just turned his back on her and walked out the door!

Jubilee’s “crime” was that she loved her owner too much.

Her owner’s rejection of her affection made Jubilee so confused that she acted out her stress by chewing on things. The owner blamed the dog, never understanding that his cruelty was causing her to act out.

But one-year-old Jubilee had guardian angels that were about to step into her life and give her story a happy ending.

Someone at the shelter had watched this man surrender his dog and was shocked when she overheard his reasons. She saw how anxious and frightened the dog was. She took photos and posted Jubilee’s plight on social media.

What happened next changed everything – and not only for little Jubilee but also for her rescuers.  Don’t we all know that when someone rescues a dog, that the dog often returns the favor?   The rescuer feels rescued by the dog!
